Davon M. Olin of the Bronx, is wanted in connection with a domestic incident that took place Dec. 18 at a home in Somers in which he "choked" the victim and then provided state police with a fake name and fled the scene, said New York State Police Spokesman Trooper AJ Hicks.
The next day, police uncovered Olin's real name, and through the New York Probation Office found a Bronx address on file that used to belong to his late grandmother, Hicks said.
Since that time they have been searching for him at several locations in the Bronx without success, Hicks said.
Olin, who is also known to go by the name "Day Day," is also wanted by the New York City Probation Department.
He is known to frequent the Bronx area and also has ties to Pennsylvania and Florida.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact Trooper Wilson at (914) 769-2600. Please reference case #7975237.
